Questions

Asked by Nearly Every New Client

Do I have to switch everything over at once?

No. Most clients start with bookkeeping or a cleanup, then add tax and advisory work once the numbers are current. Your dedicated CPA manages the handoff from your prior accountant or software.

What software do you work in?

We work in the major cloud accounting platforms and connect to the payroll and banking tools you already use. If your current setup is the problem, we'll tell you — and help you change it.

How is pricing set?

A flat monthly fee agreed in writing before work begins, based on transaction volume and the services you choose. It changes only when your business does — with a conversation first, never a surprise line item.

Can you help if I'm behind with the IRS?

Yes — catch-up filings and notice resolution are a core part of the practice. The first consultation is a working session: bring what you have, leave with a plan and a flat quote.

Let's Help Eliminate Your Stress

Good bookkeeping, payroll, and tax work changes how a business feels to run. Your common financial challenges become simple with a clear map: clean numbers every month, a plan for taxes before they're due, and a CPA who tells you what's coming — and helps make the surprises go away.
