Equip the Team You Have — the course
One course, taught on the platform your team already uses.
Equip the Team You Have runs at two levels. Level 1 — Using AI at Work — teaches everybody on your team the everyday skills. Level 2 — Building AI Agents — is eight hands-on workshops, taught online, that teach your leads to design, build, and run AI agents on your own systems. Both levels are taught online: the modules are recorded, so your team works through them on its own schedule; the labs and Q&A are live video sessions with the instructor on the call. The skills are platform-neutral — what changes from track to track is the hands-on lab, taught inside the platform your business already pays for. Your stack picks the track. We teach the skill.
Level 1 starts in February 2027 on two tracks — Microsoft Copilot and Gemini. Level 2 — taught to your company alone as team training — opens in summer 2027. Three more tracks are in development — a free evaluation is the way onto their waitlist, and how you register interest in team training.
Two levels — start where your team is
Not everybody needs to build agents. Level 1 is for the whole team; Level 2 is for the leads who will build.
Level 1 — Using AI at Work
For everybody on the team: clear prompts, drafting and summarizing, checking sources, and verification habits — the everyday skills that make AI useful instead of risky. Taught in the virtual class — recorded modules plus live video labs and Q&A — at $100 an hour, $50 an hour for our first 10 clients, starting February 2027. Book one hour at a time, or a series. Not sure how many you need? The free evaluation ends with a recommendation.
Level 2 — Building AI Agents
For your team’s leads: playbook writing, approval points, and safe automation — your leads learn to design, build, and run agents on your own systems. Taught as team training to your company alone (up to 15 seats) for one flat price — $2,500 at the founding rate, $3,500 regular — opening summer 2027. The free evaluation is how you register interest.
The core — the same in every track
About eighty percent of the Level 2 course never changes, because the skills underneath it don’t depend on the platform:
Clear goals
What “done” looks like before anyone builds anything. An agent with a fuzzy job does fuzzy work.
Playbook writing
Your team’s know-how, written down step by step, so an agent can follow it the same way every time.
Tool access decisions
What an agent may open, change, or send — and what stays behind a person’s login.
Approval points
The moments an agent stops and a person decides. Nothing goes out on an agent’s say-so alone.
Verification habits
How your team checks the work: sampling output, catching drift, and knowing when to pull the plug.
Memory discipline
Notes and records that persist between sessions, so agents build on yesterday’s work instead of starting over.
The agent builds are the same in every track, too — a triage agent, a documentation agent, a research agent, and your team’s own first build. Only the lab platform changes.

A pilot class for local nonprofits
Our first class — two seats are free for local nonprofits.
Before the paid class opens in February 2027, we are running it once as a pilot — and two seats in that pilot are free for local nonprofits. One seat covers one nonprofit’s whole team. It is the same Level 1 class paying clients will get — the core lessons plus hands-on labs for Using AI at Work, taught online with recorded modules and live video labs and Q&A. Not a shortened version — the whole thing.
It is for registered nonprofits and charities in the Rock Hill, Fort Mill, and Charlotte area whose teams work in Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace — the labs run on the platform your team already uses.
The seats are free. In return, we ask three things: show up for the live sessions, do the work between them, and — if the class goes well — let us quote you in a testimonial and publish the story of what your team built. That is the whole exchange, stated plainly: your team learns to use AI well at work, and we get to prove the class works before we sell it.
There are two spots, chosen by application. Tell us about your organization through the contact form and pick “Nonprofit pilot class” in the list — the pilot runs before the February 2027 launch.
What it costs
Two levels, two ways to pay. Level 1 — Using AI at Work — is the virtual class, starting February 2027 on the Copilot and Gemini tracks, priced by the hour: $100 an hour, and $50 an hour for our first 10 clients. Level 2 — Building AI Agents — is team training for your company alone, up to 15 seats, at one flat price: $2,500 at the founding rate, $3,500 regular, opening in summer 2027; the free evaluation is how you register interest. No per-seat math, no quote-by-phone. The waitlist tracks carry no price yet — when a track opens, its price is published here and on the pricing page before enrollment starts.
And if your website is the weak link?
Training gives your team leverage — but a dated website still costs you the customers who never call. We design and build websites for independent businesses: fixed price in writing, most live in two to three weeks.
Start with a free evaluation.
Start with a free discovery call — 20 to 30 minutes. If we’re a fit, the next step is a free one-hour evaluation that maps one of your workflows. One workflow, one hour: we map what an agent could take on, what it would need from you, and what should stay with your people. The map is yours to keep either way — and the evaluation is also how you join the waitlist for the tracks in development and register interest in team training.
