A two-level training program. Level 1, Using AI at Work, teaches everybody on a team to use AI well day to day. Level 2, Building AI Agents, trains your leads to design, build, and deploy AI agents on your own systems — the same kinds of agents running inside real businesses today. Eight 90-minute hands-on workshops, taught online — recorded modules plus live video labs and Q&A — on your own systems. When the training ends, the agents — and the know-how — stay with you.
Software you give a job to. A chatbot answers one question at a time; an agent takes a whole job, like keeping the inbox sorted or drafting every quote, breaks it into steps, does the work in the programs you already use, and brings the finished draft to a person for approval. In Equip the Team You Have, your team learns to build agents like these around your own work.
Two levels, two prices. Level 1 — Using AI at Work — is the virtual class: it starts February 2027 and is $100 an hour, $50 an hour for our first 10 clients. Level 2 — Building AI Agents — is team training for your company alone (up to 15 seats): $2,500 per team at the founding rate, $3,500 regular, opening in summer 2027.
No. The program is built for non-technical teams — no PhDs required, no vendor lock-in. Every lesson includes hands-on exercises your people do on your own systems, and the take-home playbooks keep the know-how in-house.
The findings report typically lands 3–5 weeks after kickoff. Savings from cancellations and renegotiations usually start hitting within one to two billing cycles after implementation.
No — outside of the standard Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace license included in our Managed IT plans, I don’t resell hardware or software. I recommend what’s right for your business and help you buy it at the best terms
Not necessarily. The audit often makes your existing IT better by cutting waste and clarifying what you’re actually paying for. If your current provider relationship isn’t serving you, I’ll tell you that honestly — but the goal is lower spending, not switching vendors for its own sake.
I built this firm as an advisor first: independent advice, no padded bundles. My managed IT plans work the same way — flat per-user pricing well below market, software bundled in, and month-to-month terms. Whether you hire me to audit your spending or manage your IT, my incentive is the same: you spending less.
A discovery call, then read-only access (or copies) of your IT contracts and recent invoices. One point of contact on your team keeps things moving.
Then you’ve confirmed your IT spending is clean — and you learned that for a fixed fee instead of wondering for another year. My IT & Billing Audit comes with a simple guarantee: if I can’t find at least twice my fee in annual savings, you don’t pay. The guarantee covers organizations with 15 or more seats, or at least $5,000 a month in combined software, cloud, telecom, and IT spending.
Businesses of all sizes — from 10-person teams to mid-market companies.
I focus on logistics, distribution, and light manufacturing in the Charlotte / Rock Hill / Fort Mill area, plus professional services firms of every kind.
Yes — audits and ongoing advisory work can be handled fully remote. My focus is the Charlotte NC / Rock Hill SC / Fort Mill SC metro, where I can meet in person. On-site visits are available across the Charlotte, Rock Hill, and Fort Mill area.
Contact me for a discovery call. We’ll talk about your situation for 20–30 minutes, and if an audit makes sense, we’ll schedule it.
