Honest limits.Monitoring is automated around the clock; serious alerts get a human review. Piedmont IT Advisors does not staff a 24/7 human monitoring center.
Software is bundled into your per-user rate.Standard Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace licensing is included in the flat fee. No separate line items, no markup games.
