WEBSITES FOR HOME SERVICES & TRADES

Websites for Home Services & Trades

For HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, and the trades that keep the Charlotte metro running: a website built around one fact — the phone is the storefront. Fast on a phone, clear about your area, honest about prices, built at published flat rates.

The problems we hear from the trades

Emergency searches are winner-take-all

When the AC dies in July, the customer calls whoever loads fast, looks real, and shows a number they can tap. A slow site with a contact form from 2016 doesn’t get the call — the next company does.

Your service area is a secret

You cover twelve towns, but the website names one — or none. Search engines can’t send you the Fort Mill job if your site never says Fort Mill, and customers assume you don’t come out that far.

Great work, invisible proof

The jobs are in your camera roll and the happy customers never got asked for a review. Meanwhile the company with half your skill has photos and stars on every page.

What we build for the trades

Everything pointed at the call.

Click-to-call everywhere

Your number, tappable, on every screen — plus a request form for the after-hours jobs, so the lead is captured with the details you need instead of a missed call.

Service and town pages

One page per core service, and your towns named where customers search for them. On a Growth build, location pages give each town its own door in.

Reviews and photos, as a rhythm

Finished-job photos on the site and a simple review request after every job — built into the routine, so the proof keeps growing without you thinking about it.

CONCEPT BUILD — WORK SAMPLE

Redline Heating & Air

A concept website for a fictional Fort Mill HVAC company, designed and built by Piedmont IT Advisors as a work sample: prices on the page, a service-area map, and booking that works from a phone. It is a sample of the work, not a client.

Trades questions

We cover a lot of towns. Can the site say so?
It should — that’s the point. A Growth build ($2,900 flat, or $599 down plus $299 a month) includes location pages, so each town you serve has a page that can be found for it.
What happens to after-hours leads?
The request form captures them with the job details, and they’re in your inbox in order when the day starts. The site sets the expectation plainly — what’s emergency, what’s next business day — so nobody’s guessing.
How much does a trades website cost?
Launch $1,500 flat (or $399 down plus $199 a month for 11 months); Growth $2,900 flat (or $599 down plus $299 a month). The Diagnostic is $350 flat, credited toward a build booked within 60 days. Care plans run $99 or $199 a month after launch.
Our prices change with the job. Can we still publish any?
Most trades publish the anchors — the service call, the tune-up, the starting-at range — and quote the rest in person. Something honest on the page beats nothing; it’s what your customers are looking for before they call.
